Just another switcher: Stackswitch

To thank Mark Shuttleworth for the invitation to UDS in Prague, I’ve asked him what he would like to see in Compiz. He send me a mockup of a new switcher plugin based on the idea of Matthew Thomas. And here is my implementation of it as Compiz plugin called stackswitch.

    Oh, can we have an option to show *all* windows from all viewports too? That would be nice :)

    Umm… yeah, I found the option for all workspaces. The best part about this plugin is, it’s perfectly stable as far as I can see, and really fast! I love it!

    Hi Dennis! Thanks very much for implementing this. I’ve been trying it out for the past couple of days (using the Compiz PPA), and it’s pretty cool.

    I’ve started writing a specification for the switcher on the Ubuntu wiki. Let me know what you think.
